1. General
By placing an order with My Movement, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
All products supplied by My Movement are bespoke and made to order unless otherwise stated.
2. Quotations & Orders
All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Production will not commence until:
Payment (or agreed deposit) has been received.
Final artwork, logos and design details have been approved by the customer.
Any required mock-ups have been signed off.
Once artwork and designs have been approved, the customer accepts responsibility for all spelling, sizing, colour and design details.
3. Production & Lead Times
Our standard production lead time is approximately 4–5 weeks from payment and final design approval.
Some products may be completed sooner; however, this should not be relied upon when planning studio openings, launches, events or promotions.
Customers are strongly advised to place orders well in advance of any opening dates, events or launch deadlines.
Lead times are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are typically shipped using our logistics partners including FedEx, DPD or Evri.
Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and, wherever possible, ensure deliveries are sent to a staffed or attended location.
Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking information and making arrangements to receive deliveries.
If a delivery is missed, refused, unclaimed or otherwise returned to the sender or factory, any additional shipping, storage, customs, handling or re-delivery costs will be payable by the customer.
My Movement cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:
Courier companies
Customs inspections
Customs clearance procedures
Weather events
Industrial action
Public holidays
Events outside our reasonable control
5. Customs & Import Charges
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees or clearance charges imposed by their local authorities.
My Movement has no control over customs processing times and cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by customs authorities.
6. Mock-Ups & Design Approval
Digital mock-ups are provided as a visual guide only.
Whilst every effort is made to match approved artwork, minor variations may occur between digital mock-ups and finished products.
By approving a mock-up, the customer confirms that all artwork, spelling, colours, sizing and design details are correct.
7. Colours
Where Pantone references, HEX codes, RGB values or colour samples are provided, My Movement will make every reasonable effort to achieve the closest possible match.
Due to differences in materials, manufacturing processes, embroidery, printing methods, fabrics and screen displays, exact colour matches cannot be guaranteed.
Minor colour variations shall not be considered defects.
8. Returns & Cancellations
As all products are custom-made and personalised, bespoke items cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged or refunded once production has commenced.
Returns will only be accepted where products are proven to be faulty, damaged or supplied incorrectly.
Customers must notify My Movement within 7 days of delivery of any fault or issue.
9. Faulty Items
Any manufacturing fault must be reported within 7 days of delivery and supported with photographs.
My Movement reserves the right to inspect and assess any reported fault before offering a replacement or remedy.
We cannot accept responsibility for damage, deterioration or faults resulting from:
Incorrect washing
Failure to follow care instructions
Improper storage
Excessive wear and tear
Commercial misuse
Accidental damage
Replacement requests may be declined where care instructions have not been followed.
10. Care Instructions
Customers are responsible for reading and following all care instructions supplied with products.
Particular attention should be paid to washing and care guidelines for grip socks, mats, apparel and other textile products.
Failure to follow care instructions may affect product performance, longevity and eligibility for replacement.
11. Product Photography & Marketing Rights
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, My Movement reserves the right to use photographs, product images, logos, studio names and images of supplied merchandise for marketing purposes.
This includes use on:

14. Force Majeure
My Movement shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing obligations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, customs delays, transport disruptions, strikes, supplier shortages or government action.
